Project FIBA is an initiative of Pastor Glenn R. Plummer for the purpose of nurturing, developing, expanding, and calling upon the African American community into its natural friendship and alliance with Israel and American Jews and vice-versa.

Our Vision is to help unite Israel and Black America as international friends and strong allies while also increasing goodwill between African Americans and Jews for the purpose of these people groups coming to understand that they are spiritual allies and natural friends.
